I stayed at this hotel and found it to be spacious and centrally located, which was a plus. However, the experience was marred by a few downsides like the uncomfortable bed in the first room and the lack of modern touches. Service was excellent and very helpful when I had requests, but overall, it felt a bit dated.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious but had a somewhat dated feel, and the bed was uncomfortable at first. I liked that mine seemed to have previously been a one-bedroom.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting me with getting the Sky TV working and accommodating my request to change rooms due to the bed issue.
Location
10.0
The location was excellent, very central to the business area of Wellington, making it easy to get to everything I needed in the CBD.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast options quite limited, especially for gluten-free and Paleo diets, which was disappointing.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent but felt a bit outdated, lacking some modern amenities.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, very convenient for my trip, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the room was on the smaller side, and the air conditioning wasn’t great, which made for a less comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast options were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s reasonably priced but not without its drawbacks.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was relatively spacious and clean, but it felt a bit outdated and a little cramped due to the awkward layout.
Service
9.0
The staff was very friendly and professional, always ready to assist with my requests and questions.
Location
8.0
The location was great, very handy with easy access to the motorway, and perfect for my commute to the ferry the next day.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit disappointing as the breakfast was mainly continental and not suited for gluten-free diets, which made it tough for me.
Facilities
5.0
While the facilities were decent, I found the air conditioning to be a standalone unit that didn’t work very well, impacting my overall comfort.

7.0/10

The hotel had a decent location with easy access to the center of Wellington, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, while the rooms were initially a concern due to a bad smell, the staff promptly relocated me to a more suitable room. The value for money could have been better as I felt the price didn't fully match the quality of the accommodations.

Rooms
6.0
Initially, the room I had smelled terrible, but they were quick to move me to another one that overlooked the atrium. It was a nice space, but it still wasn't worth what I paid.
Service
9.0
The staff were most helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond by moving my luggage for me and helping with the washer/dryer issue I encountered.
Location
7.0
The location was solid, just a short walk to the center of Wellington. Walking everywhere was easy, but coming back to the hotel involved a bit of a slog up the Plimmer Steps.
Dining
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities were adequate, nothing stood out as particularly special. The hotel seems to need some updates to match the prices charged.

7.8/10

I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic as it was super close to the main sights, and I appreciated having a kitchen in the room for extra convenience. While the rooms could definitely use better air conditioning and a little more privacy, the friendly staff really made a difference. The dining options were limited, which was a bit of a letdown, but overall, it was a good value for the price.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were cost-effective and had a kitchen, but they opened onto the atrium, making them feel less private. Air conditioning was needed badly.
Service
9.0
The staff was really helpful and friendly, ensuring we were happy and comfortable. They checked us in promptly and were very professional.
Location

6.6/10

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a very good location, close to many attractions. The rooms, however, were much smaller than I expected and had some ventilation issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, it was a decent stay but had some room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite small and lacked ventilation, which made it a bit uncomfortable. There was a bright light outside that flickered all night, making it hard to sleep.
Service
9.0
The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially the reception agent who helped with various inquiries and provided excellent local knowledge.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent for visiting key attractions like Te Papa and the Beehive, although the noise from the nearby highway could be heard.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite limited, particularly at breakfast, which did not cater well to dietary preferences.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were not specifically highlighted, but the overall amenities were adequate for a short stay.
